Default FJammer inner workings...

My CD changer hasn't worked for a really long time... I assumed it was due to dust inhalation, and that appears to be correct. For fun, here's some pics of inside the FJammer and a demonstration of how it works.

The reason I suspected dust was this sort of thing...

FJammer removed...

Top removed...

Face plate removed...

CD changer section removed...

Apparently all of the power and data go through a single ribbon, so I thought I'd plug it all back in while disassembled to see how everything works... pretty neat.

Also interesting was that it will function with the faceplate removed... can't control much with no buttons, but it works!

damn dude, your ride is very dusty lol

maybe get a marine grade replacement, if it holds up against water, it might fare against dust better too

interesting tho to say the least.

Yup, windows are down basically all the time... they go up for rain is about it, which doesn't happen much here. After a weekend of wheeling I frequently look homeless and can shoot dirt snots.

Hahaha, I saw it coming as soon as I noticed it in the pics... should have swapped in some Pantera or maybe some kind of porno soundtrack - moans, squirty sounds, etc.
